Use DWG to JPEG Converter to edit watermark?

Free download the DWG to JPEG converter, install and run on your computer. Then click the "Batch Convert" and then "DWG/DXF -> Jpeg" to open the transform window.

Step 1. Tick the "Set Watermark" option and click button to open the Watermark management dialogue box.

Step 2. You can click “New” button to create a new watermark object. In this dialogue box, you could edit each watermark output parameter and preview the results.

Step 3. Tick “Filled” to make sure that the output watermark is filled, and set the color, set the watermark height as 2.0 inches, set the margin as 1.0 inches, select “Preserve the scale relative to the current page” then click “OK”. In this way, an new watermark object is added to the list.

Note: You can edit the watermark by yourself or directly use the "Insert object(s) to insert the program built-in. You can also choose the font type and display angles and position.
